Ironhouse Sanitary District adopted a Proposition 218 rate structure change at the June 16, 2020 Board of Directors’ meeting. The link below is a video of the meeting which includes information and insight into the rate changes that will begin in November of 2020. Ironhouse Sanitary District’s rates are collected with the County Tax Roles in two installments in November and February each year.
