1. I own a septic tank, but I've noticed that recently a new subdivision went up in my area and I am wondering if now I can connect to ISD's sewer line?

With the pace of development in our service area it is possible that you may be able to connect with ISD as our trunk line is extended to accommodate the growth. If you are eligible you must pay a one-time hook-up fee in addition to the annual fee assessed on your property tax statement. For current connection fees, see our rate information page.
